Responsibilities
Daria is an energy efficiency consultant and a thermal power engineer from Ukraine, working at the intersection of infrastructure resilience, sustainable reconstruction and energy transition.
She currently serves as a construction advisor on projects supporting critical infrastructure recovery, and works as a consultant on energy efficiency assessments for public buildings, including feasibility studies and the evaluation of sustainable solutions. She is also co-founder of EcoFlamma, a family-run briquette production business focused on sustainable fuel and local energy resilience – combining technical expertise with hands-on entrepreneurship.
Daria holds a Master’s degree with honours in Engineering of Thermal Processes and Systems, is an Envision Sustainability Professional (ENV SP) and is currently completing the Advanced Sustainable Development of Ukraine programme at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
For her, work on energy transition is both a contribution to Ukraine’s future and an answer to those defending it - a way of showing that their efforts are not a waste, that people are already here, ready to build.
