Description
Cities are key to Europe’s energy transition and PCEDs can become the missing building block on the way to net zero, turning climate targets into concrete district-level action. This session explores how digitally enabled PCEDs can move from demonstration to scale through stronger governance, investment readiness & replication models. NEUTRALPATH, ASCEND, ExPEDite, BIPED and TIPS4PED showcase how PCEDs can help cities reduce risk, attract investment and power a cleaner, more secure Europe.
