Training for Tomorrow: Equipping the Heat Pump Sector with Essential Skills

The SKILLSAFE EU and Smart-Pumps projects are joining forces for this first thematic online seminar, bringing together experts and stakeholders from the heat pump and energy sectors. As the energy transition accelerates, upskilling and reskilling the workforce is essential to ensure the safe and efficient adoption of innovative technologies. For this reason, this session has been organised to explore how two different EU-funded projects are contributing to this goal, fostering knowledge exchange and collaboration.

What to expect:
During this 90-minute session, partners from both consortia will:

• Provide an overview of the work carried out so far to develop training programmes for installers and industry professionals
• Share insights on the main aspects to consider in order to ensure safety and security
• Highlight key synergies between the two projects and their objectives
