Policy Conference

This year, EUSEW will return on 26-30 September in a new hybrid format, with both participants and speakers able to participate onsite and online. The event will comprise a high-level Policy Conference, the EUSEW Awards, and the third European Youth Energy Day as well as opportunities for 1:1 meetings, exhibition stands and other networking activities.

The European Sustainable Energy Awards recognise outstanding individuals and projects for their innovation and efforts in energy efficiency and renewables. There are four Awards categories: Innovation, Local Energy Action, Woman in Energy and Young Energy Trailblazer.

The Networking Village is the perfect complement to the high-level Policy Conference. It provides the opportunity for participants and stakeholders to exchange ideas on policies and best practices, and is a chance to lay the foundations for future cooperation.

Sustainable Energy Days

In 2022, a series of Sustainable Energy Days are taking place around the world, organised by public and private organisations. These events are the perfect opportunity to engage with local communities and other green changemakers throughout Europe and beyond.

European Youth Energy Day

With 2022 declared the European Year of Youth, a prominent section of EUSEW will be once again dedicated to young people and clean energy. The third European Youth Energy Day will give young people aged 18-34 the opportunity to share their vision on Europe’s energy future.

Partners of the European Sustainable Energy Week include campaigners, researchers, entrepreneurs, start-ups and media outlets working to help the EU reach its climate and energy goals. You can read their contributions to the EUSEW blog and meet with them at the Networking Village during EUSEW 2022.
