Driven by a strong urge to have a uniquely positive impact, Danial has dedicated the past 15 years to working towards a climate-neutral future for all. On the land-water-energy nexus, he is passionate about developing innovative solutions, policies, and business models that help achieve the balance between security, equity and environmental sustainability.

Tuomas is CEO at Winda Energy, where he leads the development of some 2 GW of wind and solar capacity in Finland. He is scaling up Winda’s portfolio through a stakeholder-centric approach, which puts local communities first and helps accelerate the country's and Europe's transition to sustainable energy production.

Sarka is a PhD student researching the potential of green hydrogen to replace natural gas. Hydrogen plays also a role in her job as ESG Project manager. She is also the author of the educational blog felackaholka.eu, where she introduces the public to the energy-related issues.

- Responsibilities
Livia is Venture Manager for the Creative Destruction Lab, and responsible for the Climate Stream. She completed a PhD at the intersection of Design Engineering, Biology and Chemistry from Imperial College London where she worked on 3D printing artificial soil and developed a novel biocompatible green light 3D printer. The quality and novelty of her research led her to be awarded as Young Innovator by the Association of Woman Innovators and Inventors. She is also Vice-President of YES-Europe, an NGO with the mission of empowering youth to accelerate a sustainable energy transition, and recently became an advisor for InAGlobe.

Rytis is a former Vice Minister of Energy in Lithuania and founder of Energy Unlimited, a renewable energy developer in the Baltic states. Rytis has a unique view on the energy transition from both public and private sector perspectives. He is committed to advancing Europe's transition to a carbon neutral energy system through innovation, evidence-based policy making, inclusive stakeholder engagement and the best project management practices.

- Responsibilities
Filip is the founder of Energy Shift, a blockchain powered platform that enables citizens to jointly invest in and co-own solar farms. He has previously worked in a solar installation company, as well as advised Big Oil companies and the UN, and won the EUSEW Young Energy Trailblazer Award in 2021.

Sotiris is a Project Manager for the implementation of the EuroAsia Interconnector, the longest and deepest underwater sea cable in the world. He holds a BSc in Engineering and an MSc in Management. He has previously worked at Tesla and has for the last 6 years has been involved in different electricity markets and regulatory environments pushing towards the transition to renewable energy.

At the age of 23, Hanah is already active in politics and is a Member of the Parliament of Estonia, working in the environment committee. With her prior experience in the banking and real estate sectors, public policy and NGOs, she sees climate issues as her calling. Hanah has already started many political initiatives in her party to advance the sustainable thinking and to help politicians understand the importance of dealing with the climate crisis.

Kristina is an energy enthusiast with an MSc in Energy Management at the Head CEO Office at the National Electricity Company in Bulgaria. An active citizen at the EU-level, her commitment is reflected in her role as citizen juror for European Capital of Democracy, and her involvement with Innovation in Politics. An ardent supporter of women's empowerment, she is Alumna of Council of Women in Business in Bulgaria and Member of Global Women's Network for the Energy Transition.

As a young European, Noa Sara is passionate about promoting sustainable energy and addressing the climate crisis in an intersectional way. Through her studies and experiences, she developed a strong interest in the socioeconomic and environmental aspects of the energy transition. She believes in the importance of engaging with different stakeholders, sharing knowledge, and collaborating toward a carbon-neutral and resilient Europe.
