The conference will be held in online format, which will be joined by the partners of the Sumy territorial community: the Head of the Mažeikiai district Council, the project "Circular-based waste management", Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit, the project of the European Union "Covenant of Mayors East", LLC "Ezhis Ukraine", "Ecoclub", Association "Energy Efficient Cities of Ukraine" (EECU).
