Cyprus SOLAR VEGAN COOKING SUN DAY (24 June)

In a historic ancient open place of Fabrica Hills  in Paphos, on the site of the art exhibition space of TERRA ARTE cy, we will organise an Info day, about Solar Energy, with a demonstration of solar vegan cooking with the Diamond Solar Oven and a workshop to teach you how to build and use a solar cooker.

Programme

We start at 9:30 am. to prepare the vegan food and put it in the solar cooker facing the Sun.

Cooking time is 2 hours.

Ιn the meantime you may visit our art exhibition and take a tour in the ancient place to see Minoans' remains and catacombs at the  ancient open place Fabrica Hills  in Paphos, .

At 12:30 we will open the Diamond solar oven and serve vegan food to everyone at a cost price of 5 euros per person.

A clean and free energy from the Sun combined with healthy vegan food, using low-tech tools like solar kitchens, is a promising solution to decarbonise the environment.
