Description
We are entering a phase in which the production of Green Energy, energy saving, and efficiency are at the centre of every entrepreneurial and administrative activity. New opportunities are opening for companies and professionals to:
- Pian the energy management of companies and buildings
- Manage efficiency and self-consumption systems
- Manage the permitting phases for new renewable plants
- Activate public and private incentives and financing.
The National Energy Technology Cluster and Greenhill Advisory promote in the first half of 2023 a training course dedicated to energy transition professionals.
The training aims at creating the skills necessary to operate successfully in the energy sector, integrating regulatory, technical, and financial skills.
One of the three courses, titled '"Constitution and management of an Energy Community - legislation and application" is dedicated to the establishment and management of an Energy Community, addressing legislation and enforcement and will take place on the 27th and 28th of April 2023 for a duration of 8 hours. The course aims at providing the skills necessary to Design, Manage and Finance a Renewable Energy Community (REC).
The Italian Decree-Law no. 162 of 30 December 2019 and Legislative Decree no. 199 of 8 November 2021 recognise the Renewable Energy Communities as legal entities of different types. They represent an instrument with which groups of administrations, companies, citizens can share self-produced energy benefiting from public incentives.
The implementing decree is expected shortly, and it will expand the application areas of the RECs and introduce new incentives.
The featured webinar, titled "Financing Energy Communities: how to find the resources to build the renewable energy plants and networks" will primarily present the use of subsidized credit with State Guarantee, access to Public Finance, and possible integration with Private Finance to move then to an introduction of the main features and takeaways of the above-mentioned training course.
Speeches will be given by outstanding representatives of companies in the energy sector, credit institutions, investment funds.
