Description
With this event, we seek to put the knowledge of the organising entities on European funding at the service of the attendees so that they can learn about the various funding opportunities for projects linked to the energy transition, green job creation, circular economy and renewable energies. Another of the main objectives is to encourage public-private cooperation in Europe to address the effects of climate change and involve young generations to be part of this green transformation.
With this event, we will present success stories such as the LIFE Ecodigestion 2.0 project to inspire new projects and encourage the creation of synergies between existing proposals, favouring their replicability.
The target audience will be companies from the private sector and public administration linked to the energy industry seeking sustainable change. We also seek to reach entrepreneurs with disruptive ideas that bring innovation and digitalisation to this industry. Finally, coinciding with the European Year of Youth and based on the commitment of the organising entities, we will seek to involve educational entities to provide young people with tools to lead sustainable energy projects.
Based on our environmental commitment, the event will be online, contributing to decarbonisation and avoiding unnecessary environmental effects. The session will have a classic structure of individual presentations to provide each participant with enough time for their intervention. Nevertheless, to make the event more dynamic, we will use the Slido platform to encourage audience participation. With a focus on the younger audience, quizzes will be launched. Surveys will also be displayed so that the audience can express their opinions and concerns.
