Within the framework of the AGREE project, an Action Plan has been implemented with the aim of establishing a strategy that structures the process and the participation of the different agents, especially the residents, in order to promote the aggregation of buildings to the rehabilitation project and to benefit from the economies of scale in each selected area.

The first part of the workshop presents the experience of the three SURs involved in the process of accompanying the residents of these buildings who face similar barriers to energy refurbishment, due to their complex structures, such as multi-ownership, governance and management processes, as well as barriers to accessing the necessary funding.

In the second part of the workshop we aim to exchange experiences among the participants in order to improve the efficiency of these housing energy retrofitting processes through a dynamic problem-solving process.
