Step into the spotlight by sharing your projects and innovative ideas with the renewable energy community.
As a key element of the European Sustainable Energy Week (EUSEW), the Energy Fair is an excellent way to meaningfully introduce your project, technologies, and ideas to the very community that drives the EU’s clean energy transition forward.
Serving as a networking hub, this space offers both hosts and regular participants the opportunity to connect in person with professionals working in the field of energy efficiency and renewable energy. It will take place onsite in Brussels, in parallel with the Policy Conference, on 10-12 June 2025.
Applications to host an Energy Fair stand are now open, with limited spots available.
Host a stand
Last year, over 35 stands were part of the Energy Fair, presenting innovative projects and ideas to thousands of EUSEW participants. Hosting a stand provides a unique opportunity to engage in meaningful dialogues with policymakers, researchers, and entrepreneurs, while showcasing your organisation’s activities and contributing to the broader conversation around Europe’s clean energy transition.
Who would be your neighbours? Next to your own stand, you may find initiatives that work with local and regional actors to drive the clean energy transition, provide practical solutions to energy challenges, or develop digital tools for energy savings. Check out how our past hosts have made an impact during the Energy Fair.
Expand your network
The Energy Fair is more than just a space for presenting. It is a perfect hub for networking and professional matchmaking. One of the Energy Fair’s main goals is to foster interactivity. Engage participants with mini-pitches, demonstrations, games, or other interactive experiences that showcase your projects. Creativity is highly valued and encouraged.
Whether it is a hands-on demonstration, or a brief pitch that sparks a new discussion, the Energy Fair is the ideal platform to showcase your passion and expertise, promote your work, and collaborate with other professionals driving the future of Europe’s clean energy transition.
More ways to contribute
Cannot attend in person or are you already organising an event to promote clean energy and energy efficiency? Mark your calendar! The call for Sustainable Energy Days opens on 11 February 2025 and offers sustainable energy stakeholders an excellent opportunity to benefit from the affiliation with EUSEW and its ever-growing community all over Europe and beyond.
If you prefer to have a more condensed spotlight on your work, we recommend applying as a policy session organiser. Note that the call is only open until 23 January, and you need to secure a partner organisation to prepare your application.
EUSEW 2025 will also feature the Awards ceremony, which all finalists will be invited to attend in-person. The call to apply or nominate a candidate in the Innovation, Local Energy Action and Woman in Energy categories is also open until 30 January.
