The programme for this year’s EUSEW Policy Conference is now live! Don not miss your chance to be part of Europe’s biggest event dedicated to sustainable energy!
The EUSEW Policy Conference is held annually onsite in Brussels (at the European Commission’s Charlemagne building and the Martin’s Brussels EU Hotel) and online. The 19th edition of the Policy Conference will take place on 10-12 June 2025, and registration to attend is now open.
Attending in person offers the best opportunity to network with industry leaders. We encourage everyone to join in Brussels to fully engage in the insightful policy sessions and the Energy Fair.
The two Brussels venues are located in the European Quarter a short walk from the Brussels Schuman train and metro station:
- European Commission Charlemagne building
Wetstraat/Rue de la Loi 170, 1040 Brussels, Belgium
- Martin’s Brussels EU
Boulevard Charlemagne 80, 1000 Brussels, Belgium
Note that travel time and available connections depend on the public transport schedule and time of day. Kindly refer to the MIVB/STIB (Bus and Metro) and NMBS (train) websites and apps for real-time information.
Whether you are an individual, organisation, or energy expert, the EUSEW 2025 Policy Conference is an event that offers multiple ways to get involved:
- Host a session: the Policy Conference is the stage for sharing new policy ideas, innovative technologies, and successful projects. While applications to host a session are now closed, we appreciate all submissions and look forward to engaging discussions ahead!
- Attend in Brussels: the Policy Conference is open to anyone who is interested in renewable energy and energy efficiency in Europe. The conference offers opportunities to learn from experts and network with leaders. Registrations to attend will open on 8 April 2025.
