About the Energy Fair
The European Sustainable Energy Week (EUSEW) Energy Fair is an integral part of EUSEW, serving as a platform for showcasing innovative projects and technologies in sustainable energy and energy efficiency in an interactive setting. The event brings together a diverse range of exhibitors to share their contributions to the EU's energy transition goals.
Hosting a stand at the Energy Fair is an excellent opportunity to network with industry leaders and energy experts, enhance the visibility of your project and organisation, and engage with stakeholders shaping Europe’s sustainable energy future.
Are you considering hosting a stand at the Energy Fair next year? Read the guidelines and learn how to excel at the Energy Fair.
The EUSEW Energy Fair provides a platform to showcase your vision and present your activities in the fields of energy efficiency and renewable energy by hosting an onsite stand during the European Sustainable Energy Week in Brussels.
Successful applicants will receive full support from our dedicated event and technical teams, including logistics, audiovisual services, and training. We will have you covered every step of the way.
Explore the programme from the previous year's edition, which included more than 30 stands at the Energy Fair, seven plenaries, over 60 policy sessions, and the fifth edition of the European Youth Energy Day.
The Energy Fair took place in parallel to the EUSEW Policy Conference on 10–12 June 2025 in Brussels. This three-day event offered opportunities to connect with like-minded stakeholders and explore the latest innovations in energy policy and sustainable practices.
While the EUSEW Policy Conference sessions can be attended online, the Energy Fair requires an onsite presence. Do not miss the chance to network and exchange in person.
The Energy Fair provides the opportunity for participants and stakeholders alike to exchange ideas on policies, best practices, and to explore potential partnerships. We welcome everyone with an interest in sustainable energy, including:
- SMEs and start-ups
- Industry and professional associations
- Networks of national, regional, and local authorities
- Consumer associations
- Citizens’ groups
- Youth associations
- and more
The Energy Fair is open to all onsite attendees at EUSEW.
You can also submit a proposal to host a policy session, apply or nominate an outstanding individual or project at the EUSEW Awards, promote clean energy and energy efficiency by hosting a Sustainable Energy Day or apply to be a Young Energy Ambassador.

- Showcase your projects to an audience of energy sector leaders, policymakers, and innovators.
- Build connections and foster collaborations.
- Gain visibility and enhance your reputation as a key player in the sustainable energy transition.
