If you or someone you know is driving energy innovation, supporting local community efforts, or promoting gender diversity in renewables and energy efficiency, your work deserves recognition. This is a chance to showcase those efforts and inspire others across Europe.

Here is everything you need to know about the EUSEW Awards, how to apply or nominate an outstanding individual or project, and why you should consider this call.

What category to choose?

All EUSEW Awards accept direct applications, with two categories focusing on project or action achievements. Here’s a complete guide to help you choose the category that best suits your work and achievements.

Innovation: celebrating groundbreaking projects

The EUSEW Innovation Award recognises projects that bring fresh, visionary, forward thinking solutions to the table. Whether it’s a new technology, an innovative energy model, or a unique approach to energy efficiency, this category celebrates ideas that challenge the status-quo and help reach Europe’s 2030 and 2050 energy goals.

The perfect finalist: outstanding EU-funded projects, activities and actions in the field which are ongoing or completed.

Why the EUSEW Awards matter

As Europe moves toward its climate goal of becoming an economy with net-zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2050, the EUSEW Awards highlight the power of individual and collective efforts to lead us into a cleaner and more sustainable future.  Winners of these awards not only gain recognition in Europe but also inspire the next generation of leaders – with Young Energy Ambassadors and their networks at the very heart of EUSEW community. By highlighting outstanding achievements, the awards help drive Europe closer to its climate goals and encourage others to join the journey.
