Second Interregional Forum of Environmental Initiatives “SAF AUA”

The Forum is co-organised by the ECOJER Association of Regional Environmental Initiatives as the lead organiser and the SECCA project. The event takes place on the eve of the World Environment Day – on the 4th of June 2024, as part of the European Union – Kazakhstan Sustainable Energy Days campaign. 

It will provide a platform for dialogue between government, industry and society. The Forum will also provide opportunities for networking. The dynamic agenda of the Forum includes plenary session and panel discussions to address acute issues, including, inter alia, energy transformation challenges and prospects for industry, sustainable transformation strategies, improvement of the environment quality of Temirtau city and others, as well as awarding certificates to state institutions concerning «Labeling of buildings by energy efficiency class» and certificates of awards to the Karaganda Industrial University students debaters and also the tree planting ceremony.
