Building a proactive, well-informed and supportive sustainable energy community is crucial to meeting Europe’s climate goals. The Energy Fair at the European Sustainable Energy Week (EUSEW) 2023 is designed to facilitate fruitful interaction between professionals paving the way to Europe’s clean energy future.

The Energy Fair this year will be fully onsite in Brussels on 20-22 June, with a focus on in-person interaction and exchange: make use of our suggestions to get the most out of your stand this year and submit your application by 2 March.

Master your pitch

We encourage you to prepare a brief pitch to present your project and interact with other participants. Condensing the essentials of your work into a short and snappy presentation will surely help draw in more possible collaborators.

Lead by example

Share the successful outcomes and best practices from your work to pave the way for others to replicate your results across and beyond Europe. Whether you have found a technical solution to a persistent problem or a new way to engage local communities, let others know how you got there and how they can do the same or collaborate with you.

Crowdsource ideas

Community works in both ways: the Energy Fair is not just a chance to share your expertise, but also to seek advice and insight from other participants. Define what you want to get out of the Energy Fair and approach other stakeholders with this in mind. EUSEW offers a user-friendly online networking environment, which will help you identify interesting contacts among the participants to make the most out of the days spent at EUSEW.

Lay the groundwork

The onsite Energy Fair is designed to facilitate person-to-person interaction during the event itself, but it is also an opportunity to prepare the foundations for future collaboration. A strong visual presence and clear advice for staying in contact mean you can continue to connect beyond the event itself.

Applications to host a stand at the Energy Fair are open until 2 March: read the guidelines and apply now.
