Digitally engaged young people (from 18 to 34 years old, from the date EUSEW takes place), who are among Europe’s leading voices, passionate about building a sustainable, secure and clean energy future for Europe and the world. Young Energy Ambassadors are invited to help boost EUSEW’s messages within the youth energy community and among stakeholders, as well as advocate for this year’s theme ‘Net-zero energy solutions for a competitive Europe’. In return, young energy ambassadors benefit from the partnership and high-level visibility across official communication channels. Livia is Venture Manager for the Creative Destruction Lab, and responsible for the Climate Stream. She completed a PhD at the intersection of Design Engineering, Biology and Chemistry from Imperial College London where she worked on 3D printing artificial soil and developed a novel biocompatible green light 3D printer. The quality and novelty of her research led her to be awarded as Young Innovator by the Association of Woman Innovators and Inventors. She is also Vice-President of YES-Europe, an NGO with the mission of empowering youth to accelerate a sustainable energy transition, and recently became an advisor for InAGlobe.
